Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days. Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided if this timeframe is exceeded.

For a return to qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
Returns will solely be accepted with the original packaging. Upon initiating a return, we will schedule the collection of the item(s) from your location within 3 to 5 working days. Following receipt at our warehouse, an assessment will take place. Your repayment or additional will be treated within 5 working days if qualified.
Returned items that do not meet eligibility criteria are crucial to note. Replacement or repair is applicable only for items with manufacturing defects. Your satisfaction and adherence to our guidelines are integral to a smooth return process.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:
- Products lacking original packaging or labels.
- Customized products (made on order).
- Assembled/disassembled items.
- Open sofas, tables, cupboards, and beds, and install MDF furniture/items.
- Any mattress.
- Made-to-measure items (on-demand manufactured items).
- Products that have been modified or altered.
- Sale items (non-refundable).
Home Shop Furniture Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges, and we may request product photos or videos at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Contact our customer support team at [support@homeshop.ae] to request a return authorization.
- Packaging: Repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error or a defective product. A minimum charge of 150 AED applies as pickup charges.
Inspection and Approval
When your returned item is received, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets all the qualifying requirements listed in Section 1. We will initiate a refund or replacement based on your preference if the item satisfies the standards.
Our careful inspection ensures that your pleasure is our first concern, and we are dedicated to helping you resolve any issues you may have had with your purchase smoothly and efficiently. We are appreciative of your faith in our dedication to quality and service.
Refund or Replacement
As soon as the item is received and examined, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp to let you know the status and let you know if your refund is authorized or denied. We need thirty days to process your approval, please.
The refund amount is subject to deductions for transaction fees and will be refunded via direct bank transfer to the provided UAE bank account.

Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of online orders is allowed within 24 hours of placement. A charge of AED 150 per item is applicable for cancellations unless production has not commenced. Kindly contact our customer support team for prompt assistance to initiate a cancellation. Your satisfaction is our priority.
