DELIVERY METHODS
Home Shop Furniture delivers all orders via one of the following delivery methods:
Self-Delivery: Home Shop Furniture-trained delivery personnel will schedule the delivery with you. At the scheduled delivery appointment, the team will deliver your furniture inside your home or office, unpack it, and assemble it in your place.
Courier Delivery: Some small items for delivery will ship via a 3rd party carrier service. These orders will be delivered to your home door (or building entrance). However, the customer is responsible for bringing the products into the house. If you have any questions about the delivery process, please call our help center.
DELIVERY GUIDELINES
Our in-house expert delivery team works directly for our company. We do our best to take care of every possible measure when delivering your order to your home/Office. It is sometimes difficult to deliver furniture due to the size of doorways, hallways, lift size, stairwells, and proximity of the driveway to the home/office.
Note: Please check elevator size while placing the order for an item
DELIVERY APPROVAL
Pre-approval/ move-in permit for delivery is required from any government/private authority; the customer must take approval 24 hours before (Working day only) and share the documents via email on sales@homeshop.ae.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
3-5 working days within city limits. 15 working days for remote areas, subject to availability of transport.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS:
Home Shop Furniture customers need to understand the following:
Specific areas inaccessible with our standard home delivery vehicle or locations requiring alternative delivery methods will require extra fees. However, in those instances, you will review the fees before delivery.
Home Shop provides free delivery on selected orders across all cities in UAE, excluding some remote / non-service areas (see here for a non-exhaustive list of non-service areas).
If we cannot contact you to set up delivery for 15 calendar days or have no record of the customer contacting us or the delivery agent, Home Shop Furniture reserves the right to treat the order as a return and refund you according to our return policy.
Deliveries that require our team to work in excessively tight conditions or to carry furniture beyond two floors of stairs may apply additional delivery charges.

MEASURING FOR DELIVERY
Home Shop Furniture’s prime objective is to deliver customers new furniture successfully. This guide provides essential measurement and obstruction information you should consider before having it delivered.
MEASUREMENT GUIDELINES
Exterior/front doorway height and width
Staircase width
For apartment buildings or villas with elevators, measuring the interior elevator height, elevator opening, and opposite wall distance is essential to ensure the furniture will fit.

- What is the delivery time for any purchase made online?
3-5 working days within city limits. 15 working days for remote areas, subject to availability of transport. - How can I track my Package?
Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and when you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
- Is there a cash-on-delivery facility available?
We work on a prepaid model; all deliveries must be paid for before delivery.
- Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, if you wish. Simply ask them to hold your order at their warehouse when they contact you before delivery.
- What should I do when I receive a damaged item?
Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving your items (067319501) if there is an issue with the product. Such as damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing photos of the product, the packaging, and the labels on the outside will allow us to speed up the process for you significantly.
