Currently, we do not offer an installment plan for online orders. You can ask your bank, though, if they can split up a specific transaction into installments.
Based on the products/items ordered, the team usually needs thirty minutes to an hour to install.
The Click & Collect service is exclusive to our AJMAN warehouse. When paying on the checkout page, you have the option to choose that.
For the same amount, customers can receive online store credits that they can apply to future purchases. If not, a bank form stating that the account has been closed with them must be submitted.
We are unable to put saved items in the cart. Other customers can purchase the products. We don't have the quantity in stock if the product is marked as "sold out."
Any product returned online must go through the online return process. At this time, customers cannot return items they purchased online to the warehouse.
Three to five business days inside the city. Outside of city limits (where we deliver), it takes 5-10 working days.
No, we are currently only able to deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Free delivery is typically available on furniture purchases with a minimum of AED 1000. There will be a 150 AED delivery fee for furniture purchases under AED 1000.
Although we do not provide a quick delivery option, we plan to do so shortly with an additional fee.

No. You must accept delivery and make a separate request for the product's return if you need to cancel or return your order while it is being delivered. Order cancellations before dispatch are free of charge. View our Policy on Cancellations.
In compliance with our refund and return policies, applicable laws, and any quality concerns, Home Shop will either replace any defective products or provide a complete refund.
If HomeShop delivers the incorrect item by error, the correct one will be sent out in two to three business days.
In that case, you can receive a refund within 14 days after delivery, through our return policy.
You can reschedule delivery for the following available date. If you do not accept a delivery date within 14 days of placing your order or are not reachable, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and a refund will be issued.

Yes, you have to change the delivery address if the new location is in the same city. To do it you'll contact our customer support team at email@example.com
It is not possible to add new products to your existing order. You have to place a fresh order for more products.
Please review the previously mentioned Important Delivery Information. You should verify the product before placing an order. We will issue a refund or replacement for an additional charge of AED 150 if it doesn't fit or if we are unable to deliver it easily due to physical barriers preventing us from reaching your location.
